Image upload problem -- "invalid file type"

I'm getting invalid file type, but I can see that it is indeed a valid extension. I even commented out the code that is supposed to throw the invalid file type error, but I'm still getting the 202 error JScript prompt.

I think something else is the cause, but I can't figure it out. Using Coldfusion...any ideas?
