Did you have previously another version of the editor installed?
Does the demo work here?
Does it work in Firefox?

Image properties dialog hangs in XP SP2 + IE 7.0.5730.11. It works correct on FF, Vista and all other configurations I've tested.

This is a bug. But how to fix this?

The first step to fix a bug is being able to reproduce it and understand it.
I'm testing with IE 7.0.5730.13 in XP and it works fine, and I guess that if it was a problem easy to reproduce there would be lots of complains.
