Image border in text area

I have inserted images into some text, but I notice there is a border or white space around the image. What file do I edit to remove the white border? Oh, I have the border in the image properties set to 0...

Is the white border in the editor or when you save the page and watch the result?

It is in the editor as well as when it is saved...
