Image Preview doesn't work

I have no idea what is going on with FCKeditor 2.x (I had working 1.x before) but at the Images Properties in the preview window I have my main page instead of a picture and Lorem Ipsum. :evil:

It looks like rewrite rule override Lorem Ipsum file. Which file do I need to exempt from rewrite?

PS. I found Lorem Ipsum file and everything works fine.
