Image Gallery Size

Hey All, been using FTB for a while now however they seem to not be keeping up with the times and are having some issues. The XHTML ability of FCKeditor is really nice, I have a question about the image gallery control that I could not find an answer to.

Is there anything built in to set a limit on image size when uploading and/or the overall image folder size. I want to limit my site users ability to upload really large image files and also limit the size of thier personal image folder.
