Image Crop + Watermark

Hi,
Everytime I upload an image I have to resize and optimize it's size,
otherwise the image is massive and a page would load too slowly...
When will FCKEditor have an integrated File crop and image optimiser built in.
For large sites I would say this was a fundamental need, especially when editorial is posted by people who either do not have the skills needed
or do not have the facilities to do this themselves.
If I post a story for a site 90% of my time is spent fiddling with images.
Watermarking is becoming necessary to retain copywrite on images on our site, without a plugin very few can actually use our site to post editorial.
If this were automatic it would be one big burden off my shoulders...
I know about the plugin you can use but it is not 100% OK and would like an integrated solution.
Any news of these features ??? Thanks...
