Hi to all!
I cannot view Table Properties, Row/Column functions, Cell Properties etc. when right clicking on a table.
Basically the context menu is hidden. This only happens in IE8.
Sometimes the context menu does appear, however, only to the first level. Second level menus remain hidden, for example "Add Row", "Delete Row" are hidden.
Is this already a known issue? If yes, is there a patch? Is this the right place to report bugs / look for solutions?
Thanks!

Re: IE 8 BUG? - Hidden Table Functions
I've tested right now http://www.fckeditor.net/demo in IE8 and I don't see any problem with the context menu
Re: IE 8 BUG? - Hidden Table Functions
I should add that I always see the first-level menus and never the second-level menus. For what its worth, this is consistently reproducible on several Vista x86 and x64 machines.

Re: IE 8 BUG? - Hidden Table Functions
But only on Vista, ok?
Is protected mode on or off?
Does the compatibility button of IE8 help?
Re: IE 8 BUG? - Hidden Table Functions
- I only have Vista machines to play with, so can't say about other OS's one way or another.
- I *think* protected mode is on (isnt it by default?)
- Compatibility toggle makes no difference
Thanks!

Re: IE 8 BUG? - Hidden Table Functions
I've just come into the forum looking for a solution to this. I can at least confirm it's a problem and a new one in 2.6.4
That's on 32 bit Vista, IE8 and the compatibility button doesn't make any difference.
I'll check XP and IE6 on a virtual machine I have handy... It works fine in this setup.
So IE6 is behaving and IE8 isn't. Not sure about IE7.
Oh, and in IE8, if I right-click on the blanked out area where the submenu is supposed to be, it magically appears. Perhaps that is a clue?

Re: IE 8 BUG? - Hidden Table Functions
FCKBrowserInfo.IsIE6. FCKBrowserInfo.IsIE7
What happens to these variables for IE8?
