Howto determine if the content of an editor has been modifie

This is a usability problem... if the content has changed I want to alert the user that it needs to be saved before navigating away from the page. I can alert the user easily, but I haven't be able to figure out how to determine if the content has changed, without polling. Does anyone know how to do this?

ok, I found the isDirty() method which is how you determine if an editor has been modified. What I'm really looking for is an event that triggers when the content of an editor is first modified so I can alert the user that content has changed and needs to be saved. Any insight?

Check out the OnSelectionChange event. It's not perfect because it's not only fires when the content changes but also when the cursor position inside the editor changes.
