How user can define the link description?

Hi.
I'm really sorry but I'm a rookie in fckeditor.
I wanna ask how can I insert a link and define the description of this: for "description" I mean the content of tag <a>, for instance <a href="www.mysite.com">Description of my site</a>
I'm not able to define the description using the icon link. Is there another way?

you just write it in the editor

Hi.
Do you mean that I have to insert the tag <a> manually? I hope not!
