How to remove Fonttags?

Hello everybody,

i am working with OpenCMS 7.0.3., where the FCKEditor is included. My problem is that the Editor creates <font></font> tags. In Germany is a regulation that calls BITV, that controles Websites, whether they are handicapped accessible. The problem is that <font></font> tags are not w3 conform and thus not BITV conform, because they are outdated. Is there any possibilty to costumise the FCKEditor that font tags are changed for example with span tags?

Is there any other possibility? It is not possibile for me to Update the FCKEditor in Opencms
