How to make images path in CSS file different than BaseHref?

My BaseHref is set up properly so the images in the EditArea are coming from the standard /images folder. But the images for the backgrounds in my CSS file are taking images from somewhere else. Since I have many CSS file, they each have their own folder and images folder. Is there a way to let fckeditor use a different path for the EditAreaCSS files?
