Hi All,
I'm trying to incorperate FCKeditor in a CMS system and I am struggling to get the file upload, browser and HTML editor work together using ASP.
The image "href" tags do not match because of the different locations of the browser, config and dialog files. My images are stored in SITEROOT\Images\Userfiles\Image, the editor files in SITEROOT\fckeditor, my CMS admin page containing the editor in SITEROOT\Admin and my content pages are just in the SITEROOT folder.
The HREFs don't work becuase my ConfigUserFilesPath is set to "../../../../../../../images/userfiles/" in the config.asp file to make the file browser work. This file is nested in the directory tree of the FCKeditor structure. This way all my images hrefs start with "../../../.. etc." which causes my images to be invisible.
Is there a way to work around this issue without having to change every file of the fckeditor? Each file is located in a different folder but deal whith the same image files thus the relative paths do not match.
Thanks a lot,
Jan

RE: How to get various file locations to work
starting with /, instead of ../../etc
ex:
/Images/Userfiles/images/
RE: How to get various file locations to work
userfilespath = /SITEROOT/images/userfiles/
RE: How to get various file locations to work
Try 'HOWTO - UserFilesPath relative to where?!?': http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php? ... _id=257180
