How to enable Source Code in embedded FCKeditor?

Hi friends, my company has embedded FCKeditor in IE browser (as part of our open source pilot). However, I am not seeing "Source" button on this editor. How can I (as a general user) be able to include HTML tags and scripts in this editor?

Did you check your config file to make sure that "Source" is an option? It might not be enabled.
