How do i put text before templates icon?

There is an ico for templates on the editor.

However, i would like to have the word "Templates" followed by the icon.

How would i go about doing this?

I am too trying to find a way to do the exact same thing. I want to make the Templates icon stand out using words. I did create a new icon using a Macromedia Fireworks. I then uploaded the new image to the proper folder

/skins/<skin name>/toolbar/

This did not work because there is a stylesheet class that dictates that all icons be 21 x 21 pixels. I have not yet found a way to allow just this one icon to be larger, but there has to be a way because the 'Source' button is much bigger than the others. I will post my findings if I am successful.
