How do I set toolbar size(width)?

Issue is the toolbar. The edit window size is correct, but now the toolbar just gets hacked off on the right hand side. Any way to get around this?

I am using the Java integration pack.

Yes - I have the same problem. I know how to set the width of the editor globally, but the editor is the backend for a flash website, and it would be helpful if the area was the same width as the box the text will end up in, ie: in this instance 251 pixels. Can the editing area and the toolbar be different widths?
