How do I save a page using the Save button on the toolbar?

Hello! For my first post, allow me to declare how great and handy of a tool this is! Thank you so much devs!

Now, my question is, I have correctly installed, configured and laid out both CKEditor and CKFinder, so how do I actually save the content I am editing? For example on 1.aspx, using the Image button on the toolbar I inserted 2 images, then after pressing "Save", the two images would be actually saved on 1.aspx. Also, is there an option wherein the same CKEditor located in the same page would be "hidden" from other users that are not authenticated? Thank you so much!
