How do I get the actual editor as seen in demo?

I downloaded FCK editor 2.6.4.1.zip just fine. The problem is this - all I see in my zip file is all these different files that really don't make any sense to me. I thought I'd just get the nice looking editor on the page where it shows the demo. Please help.
