How do I get the actual editor as seen in demo?

I downloaded FCK editor 2.6.4.1.zip just fine. The problem is this - all I see in my zip file is all these different files that really don't make any sense to me. I thought I'd just get the nice looking editor on the page where it shows the demo. Please help.

Of course you've read the documentation on this site, where Fck is described step by step. So you already know that there are samples in the zip-file.
And you also worked with this page:http://docs.fckeditor.net/FCKeditor_2.x/Developers_Guide/Installation
But obviously somehting went wrong, that's why you want our help right?
So what went wrong, where is the problem?
