How do I get the FCKConfig.UserFilesPath value in Javascript

I'm trying to edit the fck_image.js file and need to use the UserFilePath value. I tried using it but it doesn't know what that variable is. I tried using FCKConfig.Config["UserFilesPath"] too but that didn't work. How can I access that value from there?
