I am integrating FCK Editor into an already existing application which uses HTML like tags to trigger the server to include Content Templates. For example:
<content><id>65</id></content>
There are two problems: (1) when you try to edit an already existing page which contains a pseudo tag liks this, FCK editor simply removes the tags and leaves the 65, and (2) if you try to add a tag in by hand in the source view, what you end up with is:
<content></content><id></id>65 - which breaks the server.
I'm willing to hack the editor to fix this behavior, but I don't know where to begin. Has anyone else seen this problem or know an easy fix or where to begin?
Thanks!
