How do I get B and I to insert STRONG and EM?

Is it possible to get FCK to insert STRONG and EM when you press the as B and I buttons?

Would it also be possible to still have it recognize B and I even with this change?

I know this can be supported with custom styles, but I think it would be much easier to just use the same buttons for both.
