How to disable automatic convert "<br>" to "<p><br></p>"

Sorry for my bad English.

I'm can't fix big problem.

I switch editor to Source and type manually tag "br" beetwen paragraphs.

like this:

<p>text</p>
<br>
<p>text</p>

When I switch editor back - tag <br> automaticly convert to <p><br></p>.

How to disable this function? I want to tag "br" was keepeng like "br" without paragraph.
