How to create toolbars or modify toolbars?

Where do I have to look to modify a toolbar?

Bassically I want to add the image button but it wouldn't hurt to know how to create my won custom tollbars either.

check the config bit - fckconfig.js for v2 /js/fck_config.js for v1.6

look for toolbarsets and copy with care the format.
