Hi,
I'm using some accents (éèà) in a language file (fr.js) for my plugin. When strings are displayed all accents are replaced by a square! Does there exist a function to convert the accents to entities?

Hi,
I agree with you, but both web site and my dialog page are encoded with utf-8. This is why I do not understand!

Re: How to convert accents to entities?
Hi,
One more time, I found the solution!
The problem is my text editor! As a VB and C# developer, I use Visual Studio for coding. The problem is that VS DO NOT save file as UFT-8 signed by default. You just have to adjust advanced save settings to UTF-8 Signed. That's all!
Remember your language files MUST be UTF-8 signed, you kwon with the three bytes at start.
