How to change the popup window from separate to DIV

When using FCKEditor to add a link, it pops up a separate window. If I move the web browser window around, the popup window does not move along with it. Do you know how to change the pop up window from separate to DIV? The DIV window will stay within the web browser window, and move along with the web browser window.
