How can upload file with absolute path (java version)?

hi evrey one
i have an app on Plesk Parallel server. the only way to deploy app is packing in .war file. so i need to set fckeditor to upload file for an absolute path (like root/www/mydata/).
so how can i do it?
it is really simple in php version but i couldn't fine any solution for java version.
please help me
