How to add a new object to toolbar

I wanna add a toolbar to fckeditor. There will be two button in the toolbar. First button like an image button and it add pictures from the window which is opened.second button like a link button. It add links which is select from listbox, to form.
I wanna add a new object to toolbar which files does it make such link, image, achor ? I have some changes inthe the file (fcktoolbaritems.js) . But it is not competent. How can I do the changes.

Is there any anyone help me ? it is so much important for me.
