How to Modify Image Properties Dialog Box

Hi,

I need to modify Image Properties Dialog Box as follows (ASP.NET version)



I added ths section as iframe and i didnt do any changes to that

<iframe src="filemanager/browser/default/frmupload.html"
height="40" width="450" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>
But when I click on upload button it is showing me (uploading please wait....) message but nothing happens

So is there any configurations,code changes available to do or is there any other way to implement this
