Maybe save a 'edited' flag? If you use a mySQL database to save the result, you can use the flag to prevent the page with FCKEditor loading and load another page without the editor instead.
If you are not using a database, then try to save some code in the beginning of the page, like [[edited]]. When loading, check the occurance of that code and load a page without the editor integrated. Off course you have to replace the code with a zero string: "" otherwise is is visible in the site.
To turn editing off use "document.frames[0].objContent.DOM.designMode = 'Off'". To turn it back on use "document.frames[0].objContent.DOM.designMode = 'On'"
