Horizontal Scrollabar is not coming in the fckeditor

Horizontal Scrollbar is not coming in the fckeditor,Ideally it should come in case width of the data is large to fit horizontally.In my case only vertical scrollbar is coming in case of large data.I m doing development in C#,JavaScript and my fckeditor version is i.e. version 2.3.2 Build 1082.
