Hiring: Link to "Another page on this Wiki" in CKEditor?

There's a patch for FCKEditor that adds the option of linking to "Another page on this Wiki".
Is there a similar patch, or similar functionality available for CKEditor?

We would be interested in hiring someone to port the fck_link patch which allows used to link to "Another page on this Wiki" to CKEditor.

Alternately, if such a patch already exists, we'd be interested in fidning out about it.
