hi this looks like a css issue as all the font size seems small in firefox also.
what version of browsers are you using? ie6, 7 firefox version xx?

body font is .10 em -- small! try 10px or 10pt or such. Maybe it's a quirks mode thing, too?

If you're stuck on using the em, it may be beneficial to use .75em. I use that for most of my text size and it seems about the size of the 12pt font.
