Help please

Hay;
Iv'e downloaded the FCKeditor.
now, i uploaded the files to a server.
i tried to enter fckeditor.php page, but i only see an empty page.
what shold i do to start work with the FCKeditor?

And an another question:
After i wrote a data in the editor, how can i insert it to a MySQL DB?
