Hi everyone,
Just wanted to point out a recent post on our blog by one of our integration specialists.
Kathryn has spent the last few weeks working on re-skinning the toolbar and has posted a great tutorial on how to do it. As far as we can tell we couldn't find anything like this online so we thought it would be a good resource to share with the community.
Heres the link: http://www.smallboxsoftware.com/2009/05/21/howto_fcking_skin_the_fckeditor.htm
All the best,
Shawn

Re: Help with Skinning FCKeditor Toolbar
It's interesting to read how some steps are so obvious in the mind of some people, but they can be a real challenge for those that don't have the same knowledge about the different subjects.
Reading the title I thought that I was gonna find a tutorial explaining how to modify the different css rules, how they used in the different elements, of course changing the toolbar... but no, adjusting css is something obvious that you must know beforehand and the challenge was mostly adjusting the visible icons and then the js to change their size.
This really shows again why some questions are too obvious or maybe they can't be even be understood by someone else, but they are a problem for the user that it's facing the problem.
Cooperation of different points of view is needed in order to get good answers, tutorials and the like. If only the people with advanced knowledge write a tutorial, probably only people with good knowledge can be understand it, and the newbies are left in the dust.
