Help on Creating button that will open the image browser

Hi

Can someone help me on creating a custom button that when clicked will open the ckeditor browser?

Currently when user want to choose pictures, they have to click on image button, then click on browse server.

Now I am trying to simplify the process where with the click of a button will automatically open the ckfinder without the need to click browse server
