Help, Cant see uploaded images in server

first of all, Hello, my name is carlos, im from argentina,. and im a new fckeditor user,
well i found it amazing, there is just one thing i cant figure out how to fix it, i read something about the custom path of the image upload, but the answers for that questions werent clear to my, so to the point,
i upload very easily the pictures, but when theyr already iupload and i go to put one of those i dont see any file, no img no swf, nothing... i hope this doesnt been posted before
