Help!!!

I need some help or someone to shine some light on this problem i am having. could be something i've missed in config

when i insert an image the tag is coded as <img src="/dir/image.jpg"> I would like for it to code as <img src="http://www.domain.com/dir/image.jpg">

bellow is my conf, I hope someone can help me with this I can't seem to get it to work at at all.
