HTML to Word or RTF

Does anybody know what is the best way to take FCKeditor output (HTML) and convert to Word or RTF programatically?
I am working with asp.net, any help is greatly appreciated.

That is not really anything to do with FCKeditor. I would humbly suggest you ask for such advice on an ASP forum/newsgroup, as you're much more likely to get people who can answer that question there.
