HSpace and Box Grayed Out Questions

Hi All - I have two questions!

I'm inserting images and I set HSpace to 10. In the editor it shows the text wrapping around image with the extra space. However when viewed through the browser, it has no spacing like it should and touches the image.

Also, I was editing an area, and at some point the box is grayed out so you can't edit it anymore. The html is still there and I can see it on my website. I can edit other areas of my website and when I bring it up in IE it's editable. But it's not in Firefox 3.6.3 just for that one. Any ideas as to why that happened and how to fix it?
