HELP URGENTLY REQUIRED

Hello All,

I hired a web builder to build me a website and they didnt deliver to time or budget... as a result they have left me is such a mess.

I am in no way tech savvy so really need any advise in laymans terms (please)..

I have a photography site and wanted pictures rotating on the home page.

they have used this thing called CK editor but the pics they loaded werent mine and i have managed to delete them but now i cant put new pics there and my home page is a mess...

does anyone know how I can this resolved...
