Hello everybody. I have a problem with Greek characters, it is NOT the usual problem. I've searched a lot, but nothing found.
I edit greek text with FCKeditor, and save it in MySQL data base. When I retrieve this text in my web site, it shows OK, greek characters remain Greek.
But when I load this text again in FCKeditor to edit it, it appears with characters like: ‡Î¿Ï‚ λÎβητας συμπυκνωμάτων φυ
If i print the same text exactly below the FCKeditor editor, it gets printed OK, greek characters remain greek.
If I view page source, I see that the editor text value has been converted to „ην ΕÎ, while the text I have printed outside the editor remains in pure greek characters (not HTMLencoded).
That means, that the editor converts my characters when loaded. I use UTF-8 in all documents, I have set to false the IncludeGreekEkntities and ProcessHTMLentities attributes.
The pages are written in ASP, and the problem occured when I moved the web site to a new server.
Any help will be invaluable, the customer is frustrated :b, and I have spent LOTS of hours to solve it
Thank you
