Hello all,
I would like to know how I can get the cursor position or the current selection from javascript outside of the fckeditor. I have gathered that I could get the cursor pos. and selected text while I am inside the FCKeditor's code, but I am looking to do this in external javascript that appears in the page it renders in. It doesn't seem that the API has any methods that will give me access to the cursor pos or the selected text. Any ideas?
