Format Drop down issue - scrolling going to top

When I am clicking on format drop down and selecting any option from that like, "Heading 1", "Heading 2"... etc. The cursor automatically going upwards and going to top of the text window, while I am editing large text and the content has a vertical scroll.

Please anybody can help in it?

I'm having the same problem... I'm running 2.5. Any fix? It's really a problem when you need to apply a style below the top of the document.
