Foreach FileType one Directory?

Hello,
a small problem:
I have only the filetype 'file' and
disabled all other filetypes and remove them from all lists.
I use the ASP.NET connector and set the UserFilesPath in the web.config.
Now the FCKEditor generate subdirs for each filetype.
The files are directly in my UserFilesPath.
How can i disable it?
