ForcePasteAsPlainText Problem

I have set ForcePasteAsPlainText=true and this is working as it should in both IE and Firefox. When I use Windows Safari 3, it still pastes everything as if ForcePasteAsPlainText was set to false. Any suggestion on how I can go about fixing this? BTW I'm using FCKEditor 2.5.1
