Force Plain Text only when pasting

Is it possible to force the user to only be able to paste in plain text?

I don't want them cutting and pasting directly from Word, Excel, etc...

yes, look at the fckconfig.js file and set the force as plain text setting to true.

Is it possible to always force plain text when user hitting Ctrl+V to the editor field,
and still having paste from word feature is enabled?
