pls help me how can i fix this issue

You would need to supply more information as this bug does not occur in our default installation. What is your CKEditor version? Is it some sore of integrated plugin for some sort of CMS/ blog system? What's your environment (OS, browser)? Did you customize CKEditor in any way?

I think that your page's CSS

I think that your page's CSS overwrites editor's CSS rules. But we would need more details to be sure.
