Focus is not retained with particular component. Focus Probl

The focus is gone to downside of the page when editing a component with properties window.

1)Right click any component and go to properties window.
2)Close that properties window.
3)The focus is gone to downside of the page.Focus is not retained with that particular component.

Version: 2.6.4
Browser: IE6 and IE7

Regarding this anyone help me please.
