Hello Everyone,
I tried putting the Toolbar in an absolute positioned div so that all the page content didn't have to get shifted to make room for it. The problem I ran into, however, is that none of the panel buttons show up in the right place. It seems like they are showing up where the div is located relative the HTML source, and not relative to the container div with the CSS top, left properties.
I looked into the source a bit and found the problem occurs in (fckpanel.js) FCKPanel.prototype.Show = function( x, y, relElement, width, height )
The relative element coordinates aren't calculated correctly when you put the toolbar in an absolute positioned div. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
To replicate my error, simply change 1 line in sample10.html
replace:
<div id="xToolbar"></div>
with
<div id="xToolbar" style="position: absolute; top:200px; left:200px"></div>
As you will notice, when you click Text color, Font, etc. The selection box doesn't pop up in the right place.
Again, ANY SUGGESTIONS on how to get around this are *greatly* appreciated.
