Flash too big to upload?

Also, when I try to upload a big image, IE6 says that it is opening connectors.php. After the progress bar is 100% for connector.php, the progress bar starts over and goes to 100% again. The Flash upload will only have the progress bar for connector.php, but it will not the start over like the upload image does.
