Firefox Problems - Prompted to Save or Open fckeditor.html

I have been plagued with being forced to use IE instead of FireFox (my preferred editor) with FCKEditor - when I go to load a page with the WYSIWG in it in Firefox, I get a dialog box prompting me to open or save fckeditor.html

I have been googling for hours and can't find an answer on how to fix this.

Also, I can't get the spellchecker to load...(in IE).

I hope someone has some answers.
